Brainmaze is committed to protecting your privacy and will process and store your personal data, as the data controller, guaranteeing the confidentiality of all data provided by its clients, both during registration and the simulation process, and will not share the collected data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Brainmaze uses the information collected for processing reservations and communicating with customers, processing information requests and any complaints, statistical analysis, as well as its use for direct marketing purposes.
The personal data collected is kept until the purpose for which it was collected is fulfilled, and is deleted 2 years after the Client's last interaction with our services.
All customers have the right to access their personal data, as well as, within the limits of Regulation No. 2016/679, to request its rectification or erasure, or to object to its processing, by contacting us at the email address: info@brainmaze.pt
Under the law, you are guaranteed the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data for the aforementioned purposes, which does not, however, invalidate the data processing carried out up to that date based on the consent previously given.
The data used for sending informational and marketing communications and for conducting satisfaction surveys will be kept until you withdraw your consent. The collection of children's data is lawful whenever they are over 16 years of age. In all other cases, the data controller will not process any data unless expressly authorized by the holder of parental responsibility for the child and duly documented.
